Refund & Exchange Policy

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future.
In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN INDIA)

The items purchased from clearance sale section cannot be exchanged/returned.

EXCHANGE

We shall gladly exchange any item for an alternative size.

However, for one size Alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger. Size Chart is available in Description of Every Product and Our Customer Care Team is available 24/7 online to help you regarding your query through WhatsApp and Email.

Customer can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed.
  2. Tags should be intact.
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered.
  5. Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category.

We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. An Exchange/Reverse Pickup Fee of ₹256/- will be charged in exchange order (Which will be paid before exchange is done).

In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and charged exchange fee i.e., ₹256/- will be cancelled (in case of COD exchange order) (in case of prepaid ₹256/- will be charged in Exchange/Reverse Pickup order.).

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

RETURN / REFUND

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we at Doon Emporium follow a maximum of 20days return/ refund policy for Products shopped within India.

We request you to email us a photo of the damaged product to support@doonemporium.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

As per the Return/Refund Policy, we will issue a bank refund for that particular amount.

  • Refund to Account – 
    • A ‘Return Fee of ₹350 ‘will be deducted from product(s) price before refund provided the following conditions are met:

The Doon Emporium Product is damaged/defective. This will be determined by our team through inspection. The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or refund shall be final and binding.
Decision of Return/Refund are at discretion of team Doon Emporium. Don’t worry, we're a fair and helpful bunch :)
All Doon Emporium products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact.
Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.
In order to maintain fair prices, items that are discounted cannot be returned. Kindly make it a point to understand which products are eligible for return before purchasing.
